Privacy and Meta connection
This workspace stores your signed-in account details, brand profile, campaign drafts, creative settings, research results, conversations and uploaded files. Each user's workspace data is scoped to that user's account.
When you connect Meta
We request access to the ad accounts you authorize to show account information and advertising performance. Access tokens are encrypted on the server and are never sent to the browser. This integration reads advertising data. It does not publish ads or change advertising budgets.
When you use AI
Website and competitor research use OpenAI web search. Your submitted business URL and relevant business details are sent to OpenAI. Chat sends your message, recent conversation, business profile, research and, when available, your selected Meta account’s cached report to OpenAI to answer your question. Do not include credentials or sensitive personal information in messages. Results are suggestions and may be incomplete or inaccurate; source links are provided for research.
Conversations and research are saved in your own workspace. API responses are requested with storage disabled at the provider; provider abuse-monitoring and retention policies still apply. AI credentials are stored encrypted and never returned by the app.
Account administration
Administrators can manage customer roles, account status and manually assigned plans. The platform owner can configure AI routing and usage limits. Recent activity counts reflect visits in the last five minutes. Administrative actions are recorded. Administrators do not receive raw Meta access tokens or application secrets through the interface.
Remove your Meta data
Open Workspace → Settings → Ad accounts → Disconnect. This removes the stored connection, token and cached Meta reports. The app also attempts to revoke the granted Meta permissions. You can independently remove the app from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
For deletion of your account, uploaded files and remaining workspace records, contact support from your account email. We will verify ownership before removing the records. Closing this workspace does not delete your separate ChatGPT or Meta accounts.
